Delivery & Returns Policy

We offer two main services, shown clearly at checkout for each order. For Next-Day (24-hour) delivery, orders received by 14:30 (Monday to Friday) are despatched same day for next working-day delivery. Orders received after 14:30 or on weekends and bank holidays are despatched the next working day. Northern Ireland is excluded from Next-Day delivery.

For 48-Hour Service, orders received by 23:59 are despatched the following day. 

We do not offer Next-Day or Named-Day delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Next-Day is currently unavailable to the following postcodes: AB10–56, BT, DD6–11, EH35–46, FK18–21, HS, IM, IV, KA27–28, KW, KY9–16, PA20–80, PH5–50, PO30–41, TD1–14, TR21–25, ZE. These areas may take longer to reach. 

We use trusted logistics partners including Yodel. You’ll receive tracking by email, and a signature may be required for higher-value orders. During busy periods or severe weather, delivery times may be affected. We’ll email you about any significant changes to your estimated delivery time and work to minimise disruption.

If you select a safe-place or neighbour delivery, you accept responsibility once our carrier confirms delivery to that location.

You have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to cancel all or part of your order without giving any reason. Tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days by emailing hello@sxollie.com or using our online form. Please keep products in their original condition for collection or return. We’ll refund the product price and the basic delivery cost (if paid) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, to your original payment method. If goods have been handled more than necessary (for example, opened bottles), we may deduct an amount to reflect diminished value.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us promptly with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and collection if needed. If a product seems out of condition within its recommended drink window and has been stored appropriately, we’ll replace it with an equivalent item or refund the item value.


Cancellations & Modification of Orders

Before despatch, you can cancel or modify your order. For Next-Day service, changes can be made up to the 14:30 cut-off. After that, we’ll try but can’t guarantee changes. For 48-hour service, you can cancel or amend until 23:59 on the day of order. After despatch, modifications aren’t possible, but you may use your 14-day right to cancel and return. We reserve the right to despatch earlier than originally scheduled where operationally possible.
